Making a claim for damages can be a very stressful time and we intend to help make the process as smooth as possible to help make your life easier. It is important that we keep you informed at each stage of the process and we have developed the latest technology to do this to send you automatic updates by e-mail.
We will, of course, also contact you by telephone and through the post when we need to send you documents that require a signature. Because of this there is absolutely no need for you to visit our offices; however you are more than welcome should you choose to do so.
When We Will Contact You
There are certain points in the process at which we will need make contact with you and these are these are listed below. There will, of course, be other times when we may need to contact you for further information. You are welcome to contact us at any time during the process.
